Do the "open Box" items come with everything the "New" items come with? For example, the Yeti 3000X looks like it comes with the cart, does the open box item also come with a cart?

Before a unit is marked "open box" our repair team will check every part that is included in the box. If the cart is broken or the power supply is not working they will replace with a working one. If you do receive an open box product that has a bad power supply or broken cart please contact our support team with your proof of purchase. They will be able to help get you a replacement.
