New Yeti 3000X shuts down

I just purchased a new Yeti 3000X and am having trouble with the 12 Volt DC. I am coming from a Yeti 1000 older unit that worked flawless. I cannot get the Yeti 3000X to let me draw more than 12 Amps on any input. When I connect my power source to the 12 volt regulated Anderson connector on the top of the unit I cannot draw past 10-11 amps. The top Anderson 12 volt plug is regulated to 30 Amps and I cannot get 12 before it cuts power to my device. Tried an older regulated adapter from the Gosl Zero 1000 and no improvement. Any ideas or input appreciated.

@GOAL ZERO SUPPORT , It sounds like this 3000X is not meeting output requirements. Can you please help them get a replacement?
