Hi
I have a Sherpa 100 PD (4th Gen). I was charging it today. Everything was normal. When took it to check the percentage ı saw that there is no display. Tried to charge my phone but nothing.
Anyone had this problem? Or any answers ?

Hi @Canziy,
We suggest doing the reset below to see if this helps get the unit up and running again.
- Full Reset- hold USB button until screen comes back to normal.

I have the same issue. How long do you have hold in the USB button?

Hi @Tyster,
Normally you only need to hold it for about 15 seconds. This should wake the unit up if it was turned off.
