Yeti 200x wont charge past 7%

After several hours, max 7 % charged. When plugging it it sounds like small fan goes on but that stops quickly.

I charged it for 6 hours and no higher than 7. Plugged laptop into it and lost the juice in a few minutes.

Tried to reset holding 12v and AC and nothing.

18 months old.

    Hi @Rwelch,

    Please try to charge the Yeti 200X via the USB PD 60W in/out port. If the internal battery is really low on power, the charge controller will shut off to try to conserve power. The USB PD port is a direct connection to the battery and will allow power in, even if the charge controller is off.
