500X won’t fully charge
After fully charged the output at 20% is only 178WH. Can this be fixed.

The Output section will show 4 different values which you can toggle through by pressing the UNITS button and it looks like your 500X is set to Watt Hours. The 4 different displays are:
-Watts, the amount of power going out of the system at that specific moment.
-Watt Hours, similar to an odometer in a vehicle, this shows the total amount of output since the system's last reset.
-Volts, the internal battery's current voltage level.
-Amps, the amperage draw on the battery at that specific moment.
The most helpful value of those four that is of any real use to the consumer in day to day operation is Watts. The other three have some uses for troubleshooting purposes but in your everyday use will not really give you any useful information.
