Boulder 100 with loose contact?

Hi

Until recently, my Boulder 100 worked nicely together with a Yeti 200x. For two or three weeks, the Yeti is not showing the blue battery indicator anymore when plugging in the Boulder's plug. When I turn the plug around or "massage" it a little bit, the Yeti starts charging.

To check whether it is the Yeti's or the Boulder's fault, I used the Yeti with the wall plug charger. With the wall plug charger, it immediately charges without any problem. So to me, it looks like the problem is with the Boulder.

Questions:

  1. Can I replace the Boulder's cord?
  2. Are there any other possibilities to check and fix?

    Sorry to hear about the issue with your boulder. I do know there is not a way to replace the cable on the panel. Had to call in about this one time. I would fully check the cable to see if there is any noticeable damage. If you do notice something hit up their support team with photos and attach your proof of purchase. If it is within warranty I am sure they will try to assist.
