We have a Yeti 1400 Lithium with Link module + VIK and a 3000X. We want to swap the 3000X in for the 1400L. Is the link mode in the 1400L compatible with the 3000X?

The VIK works with any of our Yeti X and Yeti lithium power station. There should be no problem transferring the one from your 1400 Lithium to the 3000X.

And the link module for all of those units is the same as well?

The link module is the same for both the lithium and the X line units. There is a version 2 of the link module that was released back in 2021 but that was not due to compatibility problems with the X line. Both the Version 1 and Version 2 are compatible with the Lithium and X series.
