Sherpa 100 PD USB-C port issues.

About 2 days ago I tried to charge my 100 PD. The window would recognize incoming power from the USB-C port but the charge rate was decreasing. Started at 78% then went down to 75% after a hour AC wall charge. Now, the USB-C port won’t output power to anything. The USB-A ports still work. Anyone else have this issue or maybe a solution?

Hi @Knorristv,

Please try the reset for the Sherpa 100PD (4G) below.

Full Reset:

Press and hold the USB button until the screen starts to flash.

Continue holding the USB button until the screen stops flashing and goes back to normal. Once screen is normal, the reset is complete.
