Blinking blue input light

Is the blue input light supposed to blink constantly? If not, what have I done wrong?

The blue light should be blinking when the Yeti is charging. From the picture, it looks like the Yeti is not taking any power from the power supply. Is your Yeti failing to charge? If so, I would suggest doing the resets in the link below.
