GZ 1400 Lithium not charging on solar panels
We just purchased a 2018 camper van that came with GZ Yeti 1400 Lithium portable power station and a Yeti Link Model 98200, attached to two 100 watt Renogy solar panels. The unit charges when connected to house power as well as when van motor is running (through Link) but in mid-day full sun, while the blue input light is flashing, the display shows 0 watts input and the unit is obviously NOT charging on solar panels.
This unit worked (according to previous owner) to charge a 12 volt frig recently. We can't find any service company in our area (near Austin TX) so are hoping Goal Zero can help us troubleshoot!

Are the solar panels able to charge other devices? It sounds like the panels are not producing enough power.
