My Yeti 400 is completely blank

I have 2 other Goal Zero products that work but for some reason my Yeti 400 doesn't do anything at all. No lights turn on, when I plug it into solar or when I use the wall charger, what can I do

Do you own the Yeti 400 Lead Acid or the Yeti 400 Lithium? These units have different troubleshooting steps, so it would be helpful to know which of the two you own.

I have a Sherpa 100PD purchase a couple of years ago. Yesterday the battery level light and wireless light automatically turned on by itself. Is this normal?

Pushing wireless button does nothing, lights just stays on and Sherpa just drains itself. Thoughts?
