First cigarette light port not working then usb ports not working yeti 500

Got my Yeti 500 and nomad 50 in April 2023. First time out the cigarette lighter port did not work but the usb ports worked fine, second use months later the cigarette port work fine and the usb ports did not work.
any idea what up with this? I am also a Goal Zero distributor in Durango CO and would really like to know if this is common, something covered under warranty or if there is a reset yo the yeti that can remedy the problem.
Ned to be able to speak intelligently to my customers about Goal Zero products.

This is not a common issue. We suggest doing the reset for the Yeti 500X located in the link below. If this does not work, please contact our solution center to submit a warranty claim.
