Explanation for dysfunctional input port?

My yeti 400 input light is stuck on, the on/off button is stuck in, but no charging occurs through the port.

400 lead acid or lithium? Maybe try draining battery to empty to see if that changes anything? If it is the lead acid unit try doing a battery disconnect. Unscrew the lid and disconnect the negative and positive terminals from the battery. Let it sit for 5-10 mins and then reconnect.
If it is the 400 Lithium unplug everything and hold the units and info buttons at the same time for about 7-10 seconds.
