Home Oxygen Concentrator
Wondering what Yeti unit and solar panel would work best for a home oxygen concentrator?

Hi @Lisa79,
Do you know how much power the Oxygen Concentrator uses? If you do not, is that something you can find out from the manufacturer?

Hooked my concentrator up to a Killiwatt meter. 330 W. Too much for my Y500 to run very long, but my portable concentrator uses only 50 W on AC charger. 500 should run it for hours. Sometime I’ll try the DC car charger for portable concentrator to see if I get a longer run time without using the AC inverter.

i plugged the AC adapter for my portable oxygen generator into the Y500. It says using around 50 W, 4 - 8 hours to empty. Maybe tomorrow I’ll try the 12v adapter for car power port to see if I can stretch it farther. I have a 100 W panel that hooks to Yeti 500 for more experimenting. I’m pretty impressed with how long I can run with a power outage so far.

Hi. Portable Oxygen concentrator is a DeVilbus Drive. Plugged it into my new Goal Zero Yeti 500 with the 12v car charger plug. Says it’s using 30 - 44 W with 11+ hours til empty. A lot longer run time bypassing the AC inverter. At 100% charge it said up to 15 hours remaining. I’m running it at 3 L/min. Anyone interested?
