can I connect my goalzero into my house, via a A/C house outlet? with or without a inverter?

I would look at the Home integration Kit. It is the recommended way to connect up to 4 circuits in your house to Yeti power

Oh, do not connect via an AC outlet. - for numerous reasons, both technical and the sake of safety.
For example, if your power is restored, that utility-provided AC is going to want to follow the connection back to the output of your Yeti. The Yeti will not win.
