Just had a nasty storm roll thru here.
we keep the light hanging on a Shepard hook.
now the red emergency lights are activated and I can’t get them to turn off.
all other switches function fine. Is there a way to reset the unit?
All four battery lights reflect fully charged

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the Lighthouse 250. Please try turning the lantern on and let it drain to empty. Recharge the lantern and see if that fixes the issue with the emergency lights. Thank you!
