Logging in to GZ website and iOS app - what is going on?
Am having ongoing problems with logging into the GZ web site and in particular I can no longer use the iOS app because it requires logging in. I have tried resetting my password multiple times now to no avail - I still cannot log in. Am using MacBook and have tried both Safari and Opera. I have no problems with saved usernames and passwords with all the other web sites I use where I have accounts. What is going on? This is not the first time I have run into this problem.

I have trouble with the logging into the goalzero.com every now and then. The app is usually more reliable.
For the site, I usually run into issues with the reCaptcha process not loading correctly. To remedy this I have found that if enter my username and password on https://www.goalzero.com/account/login and then stop page loading as soon as https://www.goalzero.com/challenge shows up in the address bar and let it sit for about 5 seconds then I click on the address bar site URL and hit enter to resume loading I can make it to the reCaptcha puzzle to "Find all the traffic lights" or similar. If I don't pause the loading for 5sec, the login page just reloads and I have to type in username and password again and again.
I can't test the public version of the app right now because we are testing upcoming changes. I will pass this along to the rest of the team and see if anyone else is seeing app login issues or knows of backend changes that could be contributing to login issues on the public version of the v4.0 App.

Same here. It's impossible to logging in with Safari on Mac, iPhone or iPad. Please fix the reCaptcha process. At the moment I'm klicking on "forget password" and staying logged in until I'm automatically logged out. Then the same procedure again 😑
