Sherpa 100PD Hot and Depleting

I have two Sherpa 100PDs, and even when not in use, they will sometimes lose their entire charge. On one occasion I also noticed that it was hot as if it been under heavy use.

They are brand new, and I don't want to assume they are both defective, so is there something that might be keeping them active? I don't see anything helpful in the user manual.

    How quickly do they lose their entire charge? Is it like 2-3 days after being fully charged? Are they exposed to extreme temperatures? The fact that it is getting hot with little use is for sure odd. I think you might need to hit them up for warranty options.
