Output to 12v 2.1x5.5mm connector?
My use case is to run several 12v devices (telescope mount, cams, acquisition computer, etc.) that all have 2.1x5.5mm connectors, total draw about 60 watts. There are no such outputs on my new Yeti 500x, and so far as I can tell no adapters to use the 6mm output. How do we use the Yeti for things other than usb & inverter outputs without having soldering skills?

You are correct. We do not currently have any off the shelf 6mm to 2.1x5.5mm adapters.
Soldering is not always required to make an adapter.
Many of our products use Power Pole connectors and kits with the crimpers and connectors like this one can be found online.
There are also lots of options for adapters there too. Just make sure to use the correct voltage port for your application.
