Yeti 400 Lithium is suddenly all dead with no charging light or display

I have just bought a AC charger for the Yeti 400 Lithium battery. It worked a few times, but now the Yeti 400 is suddenly all dead. There is no blue light at the input, and the display is all black.

The charger seems to work, it shows 16V when testing with multimeter.

What can suddenly happen?

Looking forward to suggestions on what I could test or measure to find the fault.

Do you have any other way to charge the Yeti? Any solar panels? Sounds crazy but maybe order another power supply? If it doesn't work return it in their 30 day return window.
