Temperature- hold QI button
Works, gives me two temperatures. Maybe from the cells (left side of the display) and the inverter (right side).
Firmware Check- Hold Display and QI- Firmware version/ SOH/ Battery Voltage
Don't works, shows me the temperatures too.
My 100AC is the European version. Are there some differences between the US- and EU-model?

@Ely,
Thank you for your comment! It looks like there was a little confusion on the firmware check button combination. The Sherpa 100PD (4G) and AC(4G) come with separate button combinations to check this information. Please try the AC button combination to see if this works on your Sherpa 100AC.

Now it works 😀
Battery is fine, 100% SOH, the unit is daily in use since one year. I never discharge below 20%.
The left digits shows 09. Means it Firmware 0.9? Is it possible to run a firmware update?
Are there similar button combinations for the 3G Sherpa 100AC? Some of them are in use by me.

Hi! Got two units Sherpa 100PD (4G). Everything else (wireless and both USB C and A charging), seems to work but the displays not working, are completely black. What can I do? Any tips for this issue?

Hello @tiganu ,
Sorry to hear your screens are stuck in blackout mode. Does resetting the units or holding the display button turn them back on? If not, please send your proof of purchase and shipping information in to our warranty email for our agents to verify and help you further. That email is support@goalzero.com. Let them know you were doing troubleshooting off of the community in that email.

"Full Reset- hold USB button until screen comes back to normal"
For how long to hold it? Done it for about 50 sec, nothing happened, just the wireless led turned red for few seconds. Should hold it longer?
"holding the display button"
Same question, for how long?
Sadly I don't have proof of purchase or warranty, I got both of them second hand, as a trade for a photo camera.

For the Full Reset 10-15 seconds is about the length of time it takes to reset.
For the display button 3-8 seconds.
I would still recommend reaching out to our support team.
