Yetti 3000 power supply not charging

The power supply unit is plugged into the wall and turns off after a few seconds. I’m trying to charge up my generator to use it but seems like the power supply is dying

please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Do you own the Yeti 3000X or 3000 Li? Do you have any other source of power (such as solar panels) to test on the Yeti? If you do, does the Yeti take power from the second source?
