New YetiX1500.

Plugged in new YetiX1500 and charged it but it only got to 85%. Was told to plug it into something and discharge some but it went down to 11% after two hours on a dehumidifier. Unplugged it from dehumidifier and plugged into wall and it went to zero percent. Just wondering if anyone here knows anything or I'll have to wait until Monday to contact Goal Zero. Thanks.

    Hi @RobinH

    It sounds like the 1500X is set to the battery saver charging profile. Please connect to the Goal Zero Yeti app and change the charging profile to performance mode. This can also be done manually with a button combo on the Yeti.

    Hold the Units button above the screen and press the 12V port button while Units is held down. On the screen you will see the charging profile change. Cycle through until you see PErF. Once it lands on PErF try charging the Yeti to 100%. If that does not work please contact us at support@goalzero.com with your proof of purchase.
