Yeti 200x charging issue
My yeti 200x that I purchased last year from Bass pro shop is stuck at 0% charge. I was charging my phone on it camping out the other day, I disconnected my phone and it read 80%. I go eat breakfast and come back and it said 0%. I plugged in the charger and nothing happened. I got home and left it plugged in for 3 days and it's staying at 0%. I did the reset trip and held down the AC and DC button for 15 seconds, the 0% flash several times but never went above 0%. I do have a blue charging light.

If the percentage of charge keeps moving big jumps like that, it usually is a sign the main controller is not able to talk to the battery controller or BMS or that the battery is having issues and it is trying to protect it self by disabling charge and discharge.
I would call our customer support people and they can walk you though recovery steps and warranty options.
