Yes! that should work. With chargers under 100W everything should play well together.
Similar to how you can plug way more watts of solar than you can need into a Yeti, Sherpa or other Goal Zero power storage product except USB handles the voltage negotiation part too!
It gets complicated once you get to 100W to 200W+ rated chargers/docks where special chip embedded cables are needed and some manufacturers use proprietary protocols to reach those rates and are not compatible with industry standards.
