3000x output not working

I have tried resetting and have updated the firmware but I cannot get any of the outputs to work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What output is not working on your Yeti? Is it the 12v port or AC ports? Please see the discussion below. The reset might be worth trying. If that does not work please email us with your proof of purchase. We will take a look to see if there are any warranty options available.

Thanks. I have been in contact with support and they have determined there is an issue with my used and are exchanging it.
