Light red on 12V output port?

The LeD on my 3000X 12V output port turned red. After pulling all input and output cables I tried:
- Pushing the 12V button to reset per manual: went white and immediatel red again
- Reset button inside the cover of the Yeti below the WIFI button: No change
- Pressing the Unit and Light buttons simultaneously: No change
- Unscrewing the handles, opening the top, disconnecting all the APP connectors: No change
- Flipping the unit, openng the back, disconnecting and reconnnecting the battery: No change
Can anyone help? Is there a fuse I need to check? Any other cables I can disconnect?
