Sherpa 100AC (Upgraded version) not charging, defective?

Hi all,
I have tried charging my 100AC with a 90W laptop charger, a 60w Anker QI charger with USB, and an OEM Apple Macbook charger. I have also used an 8mm GoalZero charger I use for my Yeti to no avail. What gives? It charged fine until it randomly stopped and it fluctuates between 0 to 1 W input and alternates between time until fully charged to time until empty.

Hi @Banesos,
We would suggest resetting the Sherpa 100AC (4G).
Reset:
- Press and hold the USB button for 15 seconds.
- This will make the unit display flash on and off.
