Torch 250 not taking charge

My torch 250 won’t fully charge beyond the first blue dot (plugged in, hand crank and solar).
Is there anything I can do?

It sounds like the internal battery for this light is no longer good. The Torch 250 does not come with a replaceable battery. We suggest contacting our solution center through the link below for further assistance.
