Does the 4000 Pro charges from the first incoming watt? I use a 1000x and it needs at minimum 20 watts to start charging. If the weather is overcast, the panel gives about 15 or 18 watts. The 1000x don't take any charge and during the day about 200 Wh not charged and so 200 Wh are lost.
