AC outlets not working on 1500x
I bought a van that came with a goal zero 1500x charged by solar. There wasn't any documentation. The AC outlets worked in the past but now are not working. The light above turns on and off when I push it, the app also can apparently turn the AC outlets on and off but no effect to what's plugged in. The unit otherwise…

Both blue lights come on, green light is on on the charger power brick, no charge, no blinking battery…

Firmware showing as “up-to-date” when newer versions available?
Thinking it might be a long shot, but has anyone had issues with the latest firmware update not showing as available on the goal zero app? The firmware for our 3000x is showing as 1.7.6 and “up-to-date” but there have been at least two released updates since 1.7.6 (so this is clearly not correct). We really want to update…

Can I run a van conversion completely off a 3000x or 6000x?
Sorry if this has been asked already but, I am trying to covert a Promaster 2500 to a "camper van" Would I be able to run outlets off of the 3000x or 6000x? It would have a mini fridge, air-conditioning/heater, led can lights, 2 TVs and a computer. (most likely all running at the same time). Any help would be appreciated -…

Any auxillary/external battery status gauge/meter work with Yeti 1500X?
My Yeti 1500X in installed under a bench seat in my converted van. Far too often, the Goal Zero app disconnects, regardless of the connection option, device, or OS. With my Yeti installed under the bench seat, checking battery status or reconnecting the app is cumbersome. Are there any after market external (preferably…

Venture 35 Performance
Used Venture 35 for first time on BP trip. I was disappointed in the performance. The second night I ran some apps in offline mode(photos,…

Yeti 500x and Sherpa solar panel
Hello, I just bought a Yeti 500x. We have an older (8yo?) Sherpa 50 pack that came with a small solar panel. When I plug it in to the Yeti 500x, the Input shows up as 0 W. I took a voltmeter to the contacts of the panel, and it says that it is about 18 Volts. While it is on the small side, I presumed that it could at least…

Can I use a Nomad 200 with Yeti 500x?
If so, how, and what do I need to connect and make sure I don’t overcharge the Yeti 500x? The specs for 500x says max input of 180 watts but also shows charging time for a Boulder 200 at 3-4.5 hours. So can I use the Nomad 200 to charge the Yeti 500x and if so, how? Thx

How to ground Yeti 1500x to truck chassis?
I have seen diagrams on grounding the Yeti 1500x through the foot of the power station with # 8 AWG wire to the vehicle frame. The drawing says use "a" #8 AWG wire but the diagram shows two #8 AWG wires connecting to the 1500x . Which is correct. If it's two #8 wires why not just use one #2 AWG wire? Thanks
